Andrea Granados

Andrea Granados is a Project Manager specializing in Development and Construction within the hospitality sector at JMA. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development of hospitality projects from inception to completion.

In her role at JMA, Andrea is tasked with managing diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to successful project execution, including site selection and analysis,  project planning and scheduling, strategic budgeting, financial management, navigating permitting and zoning requirements, contractor selection and oversight, and comprehensive monitoring of progress to ensure compliance with regulations.

With a career spanning over 7 years, Andrea has led projects in vibrant hospitality markets such as San Francisco, New York City, and the Caribbean. Her primary focus on hospitality projects has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the industry's unique demands and opportunities. Notably, Andrea possesses a strong background in adaptive reuse, a skill set that allows her to transform existing spaces into thriving hospitality destinations while maintaining their historical integrity.

Andrea's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Loyola University in New Orleans. Complementing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University, further solidifying her expertise in the intricacies of real estate within the hospitality sector.
